All items are intended as decorative items only any adult supervision should be in force at all times around young children, especially where small parts, ribbons or materials are concerned. They are also all intended for indoor use and are not prepared to withstand outdoor elements. Baby and kids blankets are not to be worn when going to sleep and should not be replaced with safe sleeping garments. For all custom made and personalised order, please triple check all details regarding size requirements, spelling and contact information.
As all items available from LoobyDoo are custom made, simply make a note of the items you would like to purchase in the Order Form tab. You will be contacted via the email address provided to discuss your order further, so that it is made completely perfect for you. Once your order form is submitted, you will be contacted within 12 hours. For all personalised artwork and invitations, files on mock artwork will be sent to you for approval before proceeding to print. Changes can then be made if necessary and final artwork must always be approved before final stages of the order begin.
Once the details of your order are confirmed and a final quote is given you will receive a Paypal invoice to your email address with quick and easy links to make your payment. Only when payment is made, will the manufacture of your order commence.
LoobyDoo currently delivers within the UK and delivery estimation costs are based on this. Should you require an order to another part of the world, please don’t hesitate to contact us to be quoted for international deliveries.
Lead times vary for different LoobyDoo items. Please see individual item descriptions for estimated manufacturing time. Please contact LoobyDoo if you require your order by a certain date; I will do my utmost to attend to your requirements wherever possible.
-LoobyDoo accepts no liability if delivery is delayed due to regional or national postage distruptions. Please ensure all delivery details are correct, I cannot take responsibility for delayed delivery in this case. You will receive notification when your order is dispatched.
Please see individual item description for shipping cost estimation. Delivery costs vary and are based on individual orders due to different sizes, weights and packaging requirements. Minimal charges will be applied where possible and postage upgrades are available on all products. Tracked delivery is recommended on all orders, especially at busy times of the year.
Unfortunately, due to all orders being customised to individual buyers, returns are not accepted, however in circumstances where mistakes are made on my part, I am willing to refund, replace or exchange items.
If good are damaged in transit, please contact LoobyDoo immediately and I will do my utmost to remedy situation. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
